Devil’s Slide Coast: a collection of protected lands and marine areas that starts just north of the Devil's Slide Tunnel and stretches to the famed Mavericks surf break.

Devil’s Slide Coast public lands are located between Pacifica and Half Moon Bay, about 15 miles south of San Francisco and 30 miles North of Santa Cruz, accessible via Highway 1.

From San Francisco

To all lands along Devil’s Slide Coast, take I-280 South, then take CA-1 South toward Pacifica.

From the Peninsula / South Bay

To Mori Point/Pacifica and northern Devil’s Slide Coast lands, take US-101 North to I-380 West toward I-280. Head North on I-280 to exit 47 CA-1 South toward Pacifica.
To Pillar Point Bluff and southern Devil’s Slide Coast lands, take US-101 or I-280 to CA-92 West. Head North on CA-1 in Half Moon Bay. Pillar Point Bluff is 4 miles north of Half Moon Bay.

From Oakland / Northern East Bay

To all lands along Devil’s Slide Coast, take I-80 West across Bay Bridge and merge onto US-101 South. Take exit 431 to I-280 South toward Daly City, then take CA-1 South toward Pacifica.

From Hayward / Fremont / Southern East Bay

Take Dumbarton or San Mateo Bridge to the Peninsula. Follow directions from Peninsula / South Bay.
